A non-chilled filtered, full bodied and full-flavoured 13 year old Introduction: Perhaps more well known in her commercial name (Singleton), Glen Ord whiskies are rarely bottled by itself, more commonly used either as a blend to Diageo's blended whiskies, or under Singleton brand. Bottled by Signatory Vintage, this whisky was distilled in Sep 2007, maturing in 2 different casks, eventually bottled in Aug 2021, 1 month shy to be classified as a 14 year old single malt Colour: Lemon gold Nosing: Toasted brioche, floral honey, creamy coffee Palate: Buttery with sweet apple and poached plums, orchard blossom, pastry, and charred oak Finish: More orchard fruit, sweet barley, a touch of drying baking spice
